Following the success of last year's sold-out dinner at Body & Soul, Guzzle is delighted to once again partner with Tom Arnold on a Valentine's Day Feast celebrating love. Last summer, we served grilled turbot cooked over a naked flame, fresh fruits and vegetables, and an irresistibly addictive pangrattato. Expect an evening of unforgettable food, complemented by some of the best wines in the country, to be shared among friends, lovers, or whoever who floats your boat.
About Tom Arnold
Tom Arnold started his career behind the bar at London eateries Flat Iron and Hawksmoor before transitioning to the kitchen at The River Café. He believes that you never need to search far and wide to source amazing ingredients, an ethos that earned him a position as a sous chef at the esteemed London restaurant, Brat, and more recently, at the helm of chef Tomos Parry at Mountain on Beak Street. Tom’s always looking to bring people together through food and create new memories around the table - expect short approachable menus and a rustic plating style.
